Newer estates, classic problems
Many of the larger Glenfield drives sit on newer estates where the original block paving has now been down 10 to 20 years. The colour fades, the joint sand washes out, and weeds find their way in. The good news is that a single professional clean and re-sand will bring most of these drives back to looking like the day they were laid.
Our process
We use a 200-bar pressure washer, a 20-inch rotary surface cleaner for an even line-free finish, and proper kiln-dried sand for the re-sand. Where there is heavy moss or lichen we apply a biocide first.
